special needs_

Currently invite applications for the position of

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR.

THE ROLE OF THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE;

* To provide a range of supports to the Centre Manager and
Organisation.
* To assist in ensuring compliance with the requirements of the HSE
and other statutory bodies,
* To influence, advocate and network to promote the interests of
Errigal Truagh Special Needs and those we work with.
* To gather and share with (the manager and board of directors) a
wider knowledge of issues relevant to Errigal Truagh Special Needs.
* To source grant opportunities and maintain relationships with core
partners.
* Maintain data base for easy communication.
* General office and administration duties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE;

* Someone who is hardworking and motivated with the ability to work
autonomously
* Experience in working in a client focused service orientated
organisation
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and
Outlook
* Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively, ?an
all-rounder with a hands on approach?

SALARY: The salary will be commensurate with the skills and experience
of the successful candidate
